The Blackbox team, with over 25 years of music industry experience, comprises of the following memebers: 

General and Marketing Manager, Sfiso Mtshengu

- Has over 10 years of South African music industry experience, working with companies such as Kalaw Jazmee, 999Music Ent., Base2Base Records, Electromode Ent. and Universal Ent. He has worked with many local and international artists as a producer, performer and song writer, and has featured in a number of voice overs and produced as many jingles.

Studio Manager, Kenneth Bond

- Kennith has worked in a number of Johannesburg based studios since 2003 and has worked with numeruous local and international artists.

Events Manager, Vusumzi Ngcukana

- Has been in the music industry for 10 years, working with companies such as Inkaba Players, Skroof Entertainment, and Chronic Culture Records. Vusumzi was one of the founders of the first annual South African Hip Hop fetival, Fire on the Mountain, and has worked on a number of South African Hip Hop mix tapes. He was also involved in the Market Theatre musical, Live It Up. 
 

Marketing and Financial Manager, Charles Collocott

- Has an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, an internationally recognized certificate in financial analysis, and has worked for both a top South African record label and top South African financial services company. Charles has worked at both a major South African Records Label, David Gresham Records and a mojor financial services company, Peregrine
